These terms apply to every tool published by Structured Works. Using any of our tools means you agree to the following.
Provided as-is
Our tools are provided without warranty, express or implied. Each one is built to do a specific, focused job well — but we don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy in every edge case, or fitness for any purpose beyond what’s described on that tool’s listing.
Free and paid tiers
Some tools are entirely free. Others offer optional paid features on top of a free core. Which applies to a given tool is stated on its listing and inside the tool itself — nothing is charged without that being clear upfront. Paid purchases are processed through Gumroad, our merchant of record; by purchasing a paid feature, you also agree to Gumroad’s terms of service. There are no hidden subscriptions or recurring charges you haven’t explicitly agreed to.
Acceptable use
Use our tools within Google’s own Workspace Marketplace and Apps Script terms. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, resell, or interfere with how a tool operates.
Changes and availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue any individual tool at any time, with or without notice. We build tools to last, but we don’t promise any specific one will be maintained indefinitely.
Limitation of liability
Structured Works isn’t liable for damages or losses arising from use of our tools, including inaccurate output, unavailability, or data loss — though by design, our tools don’t store or transmit your document data in the first place (see the Privacy Policy).
One set of terms, every tool
If a specific tool ever needs terms beyond what’s written here — a genuinely different pricing model, a different data-handling approach — that will be called out clearly on that tool’s own listing page. Otherwise, these terms are what governs all of them.
